Dover man charged with attempted murder
A Dover man has been charged with attempted murder, following a shooting last month.
The incident took place, following an argument between two motorists on the Alkham Valley Road, on 26th Oct. A 31 year old man, from Folkestone was shot in the stomach, and received medical attention.
Paul Smith, also known as Andrew Bywater, 45, from Dover, handed himself into Kent Police late last week and was charged the following day.
He is due to appear before Maidstone Magistrates on the 23rd Nov, and has been remanded in custody until then.
